About email typos

A surprising share of bounces come from simple typos: gmial.com for gmail.com, .con for .com, or a stray space. These addresses are perfectly formed for a domain that does not exist, so they fail silently at send time.

This fixer normalises whitespace and casing, corrects the most common wrong top-level domains, and compares each domain against a list of popular providers to suggest the intended spelling. Suggestions are best-effort — always review corrected addresses (especially business domains) before treating them as confirmed. Everything runs in your browser.

What typos does it fix?

How does it know the right domain?

It compares each domain against a list of popular providers and suggests the closest match when it is only one or two letters off. Corrections are best-effort, so review them.
