Can't I just host static files on S3 + CloudFront?
You can. But then you are managing S3 buckets, CloudFront distributions, Route53, Certificate Manager, build pipelines and deployment scripts separately. HostCloud gives you all of that in one package with zero configuration.
Do you support SPAs (Single Page Applications)?
Yes. React, Vue and Angular are all supported. Deploy your build output and we serve it, with rewrites configured for client-side routing so your SPA works perfectly.
What about custom 404 pages and redirects?
Supported. Upload a custom 404.html to handle not-found errors, and configure redirects via a simple UI or config file. Both work globally at the edge.
Can I use custom headers?
Yes. Configure security headers, CORS headers or any custom headers via a config file. Headers apply globally at the edge.
Do you support serverless functions?
Edge functions (a Lambda@Edge equivalent) are available on the Static Scale plan. Run JavaScript at the edge for dynamic functionality without leaving the CDN.
