About de-duplicating email lists
Duplicate addresses waste sending quota, skew campaign metrics and can trigger repeated messages that annoy recipients. Removing them before import keeps your list clean and your reporting accurate.
This tool matches duplicates exactly by default, but can also treat addresses as equal case-insensitively and using Gmail’s rules — where dots are ignored and anything after a + is a tag — so [email protected] and [email protected] collapse to one. Everything runs in your browser; your list never leaves your device.

Got Questions? We Have Answers.
What does the duplicate remover do?
It takes a pasted list of email addresses — line, comma or semicolon separated — removes repeats, and returns a clean list with counts of unique, duplicate and invalid entries.
What is case-insensitive matching?
Email local parts are technically case-sensitive, but in practice providers treat them the same. With this option on, [email protected] and [email protected] count as one address.
What is Gmail-style matching?
Gmail ignores dots and treats anything after a + as a tag, so [email protected] and [email protected] are the same inbox. This option collapses those variants to one.
Does it keep the original casing?
Yes. It preserves the first occurrence of each address exactly as you entered it, only removing later duplicates.
What happens to invalid entries?
Entries that are not valid email addresses are skipped and reported separately so you can review them.
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. De-duplication runs entirely in your browser; your list never leaves your device.
