About email deliverability

Deliverability is whether your legitimate email reaches the inbox. The foundation is technical: authenticate with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, keep your sending IP off blacklists, and publish forward-confirmed reverse DNS. Miss any of these and even good content gets filtered.

This checker scores those measurable foundations transparently. Remember that inbox placement also depends on content quality and recipient engagement — factors no DNS check can see — so pair a strong technical score with clean lists and relevant mail.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got Questions? We Have Answers.

What does the deliverability score measure?

The technical foundations of deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, blacklist status, and forward-confirmed reverse DNS — combined into a transparent 0-100 score.

Does a high score guarantee inbox placement?

No. It confirms the technical foundations are solid. Actual placement also depends on content quality, list hygiene and recipient engagement, which no DNS check can measure.

How is this different from the sender score?

The deliverability score additionally checks DKIM, giving a fuller view of authentication readiness for a domain about to send.

What should I fix first?

Any blacklist listing, then missing authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), then reverse DNS. The tool orders issues by impact.

Why is DKIM shown as missing?

DKIM selectors can't be enumerated, so common ones are probed. A custom selector may exist even if none are found — confirm with the DKIM Record Checker.

Is the check live?

Yes. Every signal is queried in real time over DNS-over-HTTPS.
